Delivery terms

We strive to make the ordering process as convenient and transparent as possible. Below you can find the available delivery and payment methods. The delivery time depends on the region and the selected delivery method and is usually from 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

To the “Nova Poshta” branch

Orders are delivered to your chosen Nova Poshta branch throughout Ukraine. After shipment, you will receive a TTN number to track the parcel.

Courier delivery

The courier will deliver the order to the specified address. The format is suitable for large or fragile goods, as well as for maximum comfort of receipt.

Self-pickup

You can visit our offline space at 9a Spaska Street, Kyiv. We are always happy to see you in our space, where you can view the works in person and meet us face-to-face.

Payment terms

Payment on the website is made through the Mono Pay service. You can pay for your purchase using any payment method convenient for you on the payment operator’s page during checkout.

Delivery cost is calculated separately, according to the selected item and delivery method.

Online payment

You can pay for your order online with a bank card directly on the website. Payment is made through secure payment services that guarantee transaction security.

Payment upon receipt at the offline space

Payment is available during your visit to our offline space at 9a Spaska Street, Kyiv.
